Nefi keeps a cloud atlas on this iPhone. Here is what each part does.
Marking a sighting
Take a sighting opens the sighting screen. Add a sky photo, then pick the cloud type, put the cloud cover on the eight-part scale, and choose the time of day. Those three are required before the entry counts. Tone, callouts, a note, and a spoken note are optional. Save writes the entry and uses no Puff.
The atlas
Every type you have seen turns its square in the atlas. The collection line counts how many of the ten types are filled. Types are grouped as High, Middle, Low, and Vertical.
Spots
A spot is where you looked up. Two sightings at one spot draw a cloud cover trend line.
Atlas pages
An atlas page is one image made from one sighting. The preview is free. Filing a page uses 1 Puff.
Puff
Puff is bought in the settings drawer under Get Puffs. If a purchase does not go through, open Get Puffs again and try once more. If Puff is missing after a payment, the balance is restored from the App Store on the next launch.
