Terms of Use

Nefi. Effective October 14, 2026.

Using Nefi

Nefi is a personal cloud atlas. You mark what you saw and where you looked up. Nefi is not a weather service and does not forecast, warn, or advise on conditions. Do not rely on it for any decision about safety, travel, or flying.

Your content

Sky photographs, callouts, notes, and spoken notes you add stay yours. They are stored on this iPhone and are not sent to a Nefi server.

Puff

Puff is an in-app consumable bought through the App Store. Puff pays only for filing one atlas page. Marking a type, setting cloud cover, choosing the time of day, adding callouts, notes, and spoken notes, reading the atlas, and editing or removing an entry are free. Puff has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is tied to the Apple ID that bought it.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go to Apple, not to Nefi.

Changes

Nefi may change or stop offering a feature. Continued use after an update means you accept the terms shown with that update.
